Workbooks
Four printable workbooks to practice market structure, order flow reading, risk sizing and trade journaling away from a live account.
Reading a lesson is not the same as being able to apply it. These four workbooks exist to close that gap: you work through them on historical charts, at your own pace, with no money at risk.
They are free, like everything else here. Print them, or keep them open beside your platform.
The four workbooks
SMC Practice Workbook
Mark up structure by hand: swing points, breaks of structure, changes of character, order blocks and fair value gaps. The exercise is to annotate before you know what happened next.
Chart Reading Workbook
Read what the tape is doing inside the candle: footprint imbalances, absorption, delta divergence and volume profile shape.
Risk Management Workbook
Work the numbers before the trade: position size, stop distance, risk-reward, drawdown limits and what a losing streak actually does to an account.
Trading Journal Workbook
The review habit, on paper: what to record, what to ignore, and how to read your own journal back without flattering yourself.
How to use them
- Work on charts you have not seen before, with the right-hand side of the screen covered.
- Write the reasoning down before the outcome, not after. A note written afterwards is a memory, not a record.
- Go back a week later and mark which readings held and which did not.
When you want to test recall rather than application, take the quizzes. If you would rather log real trades, the ProTrader Journal does it in your account.
