The terms that govern your use of smartflowfutures.net, a free educational publication on futures trading.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of smartflowfutures.net, operating under the brand name Smart Order Flow Trading (the “Site”). The Site is published by NET STUDIO LLC, 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1386, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). Editorial responsibility for the Site rests with Chriss Rakoot.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, browsing its content, or creating a user account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the Site.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Site. The content published here is intended for adults.

2. Description of the Service

The Site is a free educational platform covering futures trading concepts, including Smart Money Concepts and order flow analysis. Its purpose is to explain ideas, terminology, and analytical methods.

To be explicit about what the Site is not:

Chriss Rakoot is not a registered investment adviser, is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a Commodity Trading Advisor, and is not a member of the National Futures Association. Nothing on the Site should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Access to the Site is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including free features such as user accounts and the personal trading journal tool.

Some features require a free account. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where that use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All content published on the Site, including articles, explanations, diagrams, charts, illustrations, page layouts, source code, and the Smart Order Flow Trading name and visual identity, is owned by NET STUDIO LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may read, print, and share links to Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, translation, adaptation, or commercial redistribution, requires our prior written consent. Brief quotations are permitted where they are clearly attributed and accompanied by a link to the original page.

6. Content You Submit

The Site offers a personal trading journal tool. Entries you record there, along with any other material you submit through the Site, remain yours.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the feature you are using and providing it back to you. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries and we do not publish them.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains another person’s confidential information. We may remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend the account responsible for it.

The journal tool is provided for convenience and is not a system of record. You should keep your own independent copy of any data that matters to you. We do not guarantee that submitted content will be retained, backed up, or recoverable.

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, brokers, platforms, data providers, or publications. These references are provided for information only.

We do not control third-party sites, do not review their content on an ongoing basis, and do not endorse them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy practices, and is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your dealings with a third party you found through the Site.

8. No Warranty

The Site and all of its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. Markets change, and material that was accurate when published may become outdated.

Nothing on the Site is a promise, projection, or assurance of trading results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NET STUDIO LLC, its members, officers, contributors, and Chriss Rakoot shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or your reliance on its content.

You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NET STUDIO LLC, its members, officers, and contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

You may stop using the Site at any time and may request deletion of your account by writing to contact@smartflowfutures.net. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contact@smartflowfutures.net and to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for a period of at least thirty days. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Any claim must be brought in an individual capacity. You agree not to participate in a class, collective, or representative action against us.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
